We are seeking talented and experienced full-time Senior Accountants to join the Business Advisory teams in our Dunedin & Oamaru offices.
Findex have multiple opportunities for Accounting Professionals at varying levels to join the teams of our 23 New Zealand offices. If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow your career and become part of a client focused team, then this may be your chance!
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team and engage directly with stakeholders and clients assigned to your portfolio. Continuous self-improvement is encouraged through on-the-job learning and personalized training.
What will your typical week look like?
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for clients, using your strong technical skills, including working knowledge of income tax, company tax, GST, FBT, trusts, management accounting, and reporting requirements.
Assist in preparing business advice and/or producing complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations.
Experience with project-related financials, including budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and tracking project costs to support financial decision-making.
The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
