Work Based Competencies
· Provide clients with an exceptional financial management service through:
o Appropriate knowledge and skills across book-keeping, accounting, VAT returns, CIS, tax compliance, Self-Assessment, statutory accounts and management accounts.
o Designing and implementing period-end processes to deliver consistent, accurate, financial data to our clients.
o Effective use of digital accounting software packages such as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, etc.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Office, Excel, Word)
· Experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients (through new client acquisition and identifying opportunities within existing portfolio).
· Demonstrated skills in running client meetings (virtual, at office and at client premises)
· Responsibility for mentoring, supporting, and appraising a team of accountants, bookkeepers and trainees.
· Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks to filing, client or business deadlines.

Pay: £37,500.00-£47,500.00 per year
