Dear Candidate,
We have an opening for Sr. Accountant in real estate/construction experienced male / female candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Knowledge in GST / TDS Payments and Filing.
• Monitoring spending and budgets.
• Auditing and analysing financial performance.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
• Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
• Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed
• On Time MIS to Management
• Assisting with auditor for Statutory Audit.
Real Estate Accountant Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued
• Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software / Tally
• Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Gender – Female / Male
• Experience - 5 to 8 years in relevant field
