• Responsible for region specific PL/B/s ownership:
• Review of accounts (P&L, B/s) from month end perspective based on given criteria’s
• Getting correction/reclasses wherever necessary as part of review finings and getting it fixed “on time”.
• Budget & variance analysis and reporting the financial numbers in the given format.
• Review of accounting reconciliation and schedules of balance sheet items
• Responsible for region specific MIS/FP&A activities
• Preparation of various MIS & FP&A related activities on regular basis on parameters given.
• Example – consolidated report, location specific and product based, department specific etc.
• Addressing adhoc request/the queries and questions from management with a quick turnaround time.
• Preparation of dashboard reports/data analysis & reporting on a regular basis.
• Preparation of reports/data models with thorough understanding of business dynamics/requirements.
• Responsible for region specific Audits.
• Timely responding to the mails/queries if any.
• Knowledge of accounting software migration/implementation.
• Identifying the areas of process improvement handled by self and work on process improvement.
• Responsible for manage the given task independently without much supervision.
• Ready to take additional responsibility when management asked to do so.
• Skillful to balance the work to address different time zone and related communications whenever necessary.
Others:
Qualified CA/ ICWA/ CMA with strong FP&A/MIS reporting background.
Experience around 4-6 years in similar profile is necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools like advanced excel is necessary.
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other global/regional leaders
Self-motivated towards consistently work on the tasks given.
Keeping integrity/consistency in data model, delivering error free reports on time without much supervision.
Well coordination with peer group and finance group across organization to deliver KPI’s
Ability to solve few FP&A/MIS related complex structures with the understanding of business need.
Knowledge of IBM TM1/Blackline/Sage Intacct is an added advantage
