Looking for immediate Joiner.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.4+ years of accounting experience. Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
Strong financial analysis skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. Ability to train and manage staff. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
1. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration. Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance. i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
2. Preparing financial analyses and reports. i.e. P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow
3. Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
4. Hands-on experience in Tally. Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
5. Monthly GST & TDS Working and Filling.
6. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
7. Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
8. Daily Stock maintenance and Employee expenses released as per Company policy.
+. Handling petty Cash Records.
10. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts. Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, P&L, Balance sheet Statement,
Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, Scrutiny.
11. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
12. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
13. Prepare various MIS reports like monthly receivable, accrual report, Cash flow, and project wise profitability
