Job Responsibilities
❖ Making Day to Day Accounts Work like Journal, Cash Receipt & Payment, Bank Receipt & Payment and Contra vouchers in Tally.
❖ Making day to day Invoice, Commercial Invoice & Payment Collection.
❖ Compile Monthly Purchase Data With Gst R 2A.
❖ Making Monthly TDS Remittance & Return Summary.
❖ Preparing and file GST data and challan Remittance and (GST R1, GST 3B) return file.
❖ Preparing and file GST JOB WORK data and (GST ITC 04) return file.
❖ Prepare and file Gstr0+ annual return.
❖ Prepare Gstr0+c for gst audit purpose for filing by Ca.
❖ Verify all the suppliers bills and release payments.
❖ Prepare Salary sheets and make payment by bank.
❖ Prepare reconsilation statement of customer & bank.
❖ Followup with mail as per daily.
❖ Approve Checklist of Shipping Bills and Draft BL and AWB.
❖ Making Export documentations(port registrations, LUT, dcouments submiting to bank for payment collection, ebrc, meise scheme documentation, export incentives) and bank documentations and other documentations.
❖ Making bank stock statement every month time to time.
❖ Good Knowledge of E-way bill making.
❖ Prepare manufacture and trading and p&l account.
❖ Prepare balancesheet, depreciation chart, capital account, closing stock deatil, esi and pf chart for ca audit, and other anextures at end of year.
❖ Preparing Quotations
❖ Import & export billing
