Urgent hiring Senior Accountant for reputed company at Pune.
Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws. • Provide financial analysis, advice, and recommendations to the management team to help them make informed decisions. • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. • Prepare and review internal and external audit reports and work with auditors to ensure compliance. • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner.
Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws. Male candidate will be preferable.
Salary : Rs.20,000/- to Rs.35,000/- (Subject to experience, skills & current CTC).
