Experience: 5 to 8 years
Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Your key responsibilities:
• All accounts closing activities related to Accounts Payable for finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the Company
• Support to FSSC in booking of invoices, Vendor advances/Deposits and clearing the same.
• Vendor review and reconciliations for Third Party, Intercompany
• Review and accounting of monthly Goods in Transit and Group provision for Intercompany.
• Timely GRIR account review.
• Support in preparing the supplier payment proposals.
• Preparation of relevant data for Disclosure and provisioning requirements for MSME vendors in financial statements
• Monthly support for MIS activities - GL reconciliation, Expenses Provision, booking of JE and Preparing of Balance sheet Schedules.
• Fixed assets management and control for Leased and Owned assets.
• Employee claims and advances support.
• Review and Maintain the Internal Controls pertains to Accounts Payable & Fixed assets process.
• Coordination with internal and statutory auditors, clearing their queries and providing all clarifications / documents, etc.
What we expect from you:
• Excellent Knowledge about P-to-P process with Goods and Service Tax and TDS in line with Accounts Payable responsible team member.
• Process Improvements and strengthening of controls with respect to invoicing exceptions i.e., invalid/incorrect PO, missing PO, incorrect vendor number on PO, missing items on PO, incorrect bill to address, adjustments, etc
• Knowledge about SAP, MS office.
• Eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Good communication skills to deal with Internal stakeholders, FSSC, Group companies.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
