Job Description
Candidate have minimum 2 year experience in ERP software.
Day to Day Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, MIS, Balance sheet Finalization, Branch Accounting, Preparing P&L account, Handle all jobs related to Direct and Indirect taxation, Petty Cash, maintain vouchers and Filing. Knowing Tally 7.2,+.0,ERP, GST.
Maintaining daily accounts Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices (Generation and dispatch of invoices)
Payment follow up ; Following up collection of accounts receivable, along with monitoring
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts
Assist with reviewing of expenses, records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed .
As needed, assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Correct deduction of withholding taxes.
Bill wise recording in the accounting software along with detailed narration.
Should have good knowledge of Excel. Book keeping & day to day Accounting in Tally ERP +. Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Commerce Graduate/ Master .
Experience: 03-05 years .
Salary Package : 30,000 up to 40,000
