Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and possess a strong understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). Additionally, proficiency in using Marg ERP software is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of accounting and financial operations within the organization.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, particularly GST and TDS.
3. Handle all GST-related matters, including filing returns, maintaining records, and resolving any related issues.
4. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
7. Perform periodic financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
8. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

10. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
11. Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
12. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations related to GST and TDS.
13. Train and supervise junior accounting staff, if applicable.
14. Utilize Marg ERP software for managing financial transactions, generating reports, and maintaining data accuracy.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably 2-3 years.
3. Strong knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations.
4. Familiarity with Marg ERP software or similar accounting software.
5. Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

10. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
