Position: Senior Accountant
Qualification: B.com,M.com
Experience: 7 to 9 years

Job description
Roles and responsibilities-
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, finalization of trail balance, and Provision for outstanding liabilities.
Manage billing processes, including generating invoices, e-invoicing, verifying billing information, and ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients or customers.
Maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions, verifying, and reconciling accounts, bank reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies.
Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on outstanding balances.
Stay informed about accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Responsible for Statutory compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Passing the Journal Entries for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Responsible for accurately calculating, recording, and reporting depreciation expenses.
Drafting Quarterly Results and Variance Reports for clients.
Drafting of P&L Statement for trading in investment.
Knowledge of Tally is required.
Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
