· Verification of TDS and TCS applicability

· Deduction under correct head and making the TDS, TCS payment within due dates

· Filing of TDS and TCS returns Quarterly

· Generation of Form 16 and 16A Quarterly

C. Professional Tax

· Filing of PT Returns monthly along with payment of PT

· Making of PT Annual Fees yearly

D. ESI

· Enroll New Employee

· Maintenance of Register for Form 6

· Monthly Returns

· Generation of Monthly Challans and Filing Returns

· Maintenance of Register for Wages

· Maintenance of Register of any accidents on the premises Form 12

E. PF

· Obtain UAN no of New Employee

· Maintenance of Contribution Register

· Monthly Returns – ECR

· Generation of Monthly Challans and Filing Returns

· Exit member details update

· KYC approval

· DSC Upload

· Raising Monthly Sales invoices and Rent Invoices to Parties.

· Organizing & maintain Files and Records both Paper and Electronics.

· Scanning of documents, Emails, Writing Memos, Letters, Reports, and Applications

·· Basic Knowledge of Company / Partnership Firm Finalization.
