A TO Z DIAMONDS is a leading diamond export company based in Mumbai, India.We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Financial Accountant at our BKC office.
Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and adherence, working closely with department heads to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Audit Liaison: Facilitate and manage the annual tax audit process in coordination with external auditors, ensuring all required documentation is provided.
• GST and TDS Compliance: Handle all matters related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), including timely filing and accurate documentation.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax requirements, including the planning and timely filing of corporate tax returns.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor the company’s cash flow and maintain updated forecasts.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls to safeguard the financial integrity of the organization.
Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the luxury goods or export sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and advanced knowledge of accounting software. Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations is a must.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Personal Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management skills, and high level of integrity and confidentiality
