Job Description
Payable accounting (Purchase, Contractor, Service vendor)
⦁Receivable accounting (client billing) including revenue assessment/tax liability.
⦁Expenses payment/ Booking Verification & Authentication.
⦁All payments (Vendor, Expenses- Direct/ Indirect tax payment)
⦁Prepare the asset and liability account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
⦁ Data entry in ERP software, including purchase, payments and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
⦁Receiving and processing all invoices, expense bills and send to process for payment.
⦁Handling petty cash expenses and receipts & preparation of site labour contractors bill as per work order.
⦁Maintaining accounting keeping records & fulfil of the requirement documents, etc.
⦁Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
⦁Secure financial information by completing database backups.
⦁Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results to depart of head person.
⦁Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
⦁Complete documentation to support of head office for month-end close process.
⦁Communicate effectively with clients & local vendors.
⦁Communicate with site accountant for work status on regular basis.
⦁Substantiate financial transactions with proper document for auditing purpose
⦁Review of vendor trial balance with matching Bill & payment with outstanding status.
⦁Account Reconciliation
⦁Bank Reconciliation
⦁Financial planning and day to day funds operation management
⦁TDS & GST Calculation & report making
⦁Ledger Reconciliation with vendor ledger book every month
⦁Internal Audit
