Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at JARS & Associates in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be in charge of managing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for identifying and resolving accounting issues.
Qualifications
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards
• Experience with accounting software and tools such as Quickbooks, Xero, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in a consulting firm or financial services industry is preferred
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
