Job Description
Designation: - Associate Manager - Accounts Base location- Bangalore Experience-5-6 years Expected deliverables: Supervising booking of supplier invoices and all other vendor invoices • Ensure that competitive rates are obtained from suppliers and POs are approved as per the Delegation of Authority • Incorporate credit period in Zoho and ensure payments are made as per credit period • Ensuring that the supplier invoices are supported with adequate supporting documents • Ensuring that payments are as per budgets • Checking approvals on payments based on the Delegation of Authority • Reporting on the accounts payables status on a weekly basis to the Top management • Prior experience in Zoho books is preferred. • Ensuring disbursement of payments to the concerned parties • Resolving all queries related to vendor payment status • • Preparation of GSTR -2 working for Pan India for payment related accounting • Monthly cashflow statement • Monthly GSTR1 working • TDS Monthly working • TDS Quarterly return filing • Monthly MIS working • Bank Reconciliation • Daily account entries • Handling petty Cash • Accounts Receivables & Payables entry • Candidate Profile: • Qualification: B.com / MBA / CA Inter / CA / CMA • Preferred: CA Inter (Drop-out) / Post-Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Accounts payable role / CA with 1-3 years of experience in Accounts payable role Life at Propelld: ● Competitive salary ● Flexible working hours are key.
