Job Description for Senior Accountant at Safex Fire Services Ltd., Mumbai
Safex Fire Services Ltd., a 50 years old family managed enterprise, is one of the largest manufacturers of fire safety equipment in the country.

Locations:
Head Office: Mumbai
Branch Offices & Factories: Multiple Locations in India
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand & audit current processes for purchases, sales, expense accounting, stock transfers, stock keeping etc. followed by the admin and accounts teams across India
• Improvise the process as necessary
• Develop Standard Operating System (SOPs) based on above findings
Train and monitor teams across India in compliance of such SOPs
• Assist in designing and implementing efficient & effective Management Information System (MIS)
• GST: Preparation and filing of monthly returns, ITC reconciliation and other related compliance
• Perform regular internal audits to ensure accuracy & compliance with financial and accounting requirements
•Monitor maintenance of stock records by stock teams at different locations at defined frequency
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant / CA Final attempted with experience of 2-4 years
- Candidate with suitable accounting/GST experience of min. 5 years
Salary:
CTC 6-8 LPA (depending on candidate)
(Local train pass shall be provided. Above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves
and annual bonus)
Office timings:
10-7 (Mon-Fri)
10-4pm (Saturdays)
