About This Role
• Manage daily financial tasks: accounts payable/receivable, employee banking, and payroll queries.
• Conduct month-end closings, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist the Finance Director with quarterly financial reports.
• Aid in the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly budget-to-actual reports.
• Identify and report issues to management.
• Help develop and implement solutions.
• Generate accurate custom and ad hoc reports as needed.
Qualifications For This Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years' of minimum experience in finance or accounting
• CPA certification is highly preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct software and nonprofit accounting and finance is a huge plus
