Overview
We are seeking a skilled "Senior Tax Accountant II" to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and financial analysis, with a focus on private equity and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Preparing and reviewing state and federal income tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning and preparation of projections.
• Conduct tax research and planning to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting.
• Handle payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide technical accounting expertise.
• Collaborate with sales teams on tax implications of business transactions.

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP, federal and state tax regs.
• Experience with QuickBooks and UltraTax.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of technical accounting principles.
• Background in public accounting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,351.00 - $95,544.00 per year
