Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the supervision of the Controller, this position will update the PLUS program and Census Reports daily. Work the Lawson A/P queues, including necessary A/P research. Is responsible for reconciling assigned general ledger accounts, and posting Month end close accrual and other Journal entries. Will assist with the timely processing of employee payroll in the departments assigned. Medicare cost report annually, and Quarterly Exhibit B report. Monthly Industrial accounts. Maintain the Lawson AP System. SOX Key Controls and internal controls.
What qualifications you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have strong computer programs such as excel, access and other data base systems.
• Must be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.
• Must be organized, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, with excellent computer skills.
