Job Purpose
• Manage a varied client portfolio, closely monitoring deadlines and budgets
• Preparation of accounts
• Preparation of tax returns
• Preparation and reviewing of VAT returns
• Build trusted client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters effectively
• Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work and providing training

• ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
• Qualified by experience also considered
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio within practice
• Adept at using relevant accountancy software, including Microsoft Office
• A can-do attitude and proactive approach towards problem-solving
• Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, self-motivated and able to inspire others
• A drive to progress within the firm and further learn
