Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of experience to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to delegate tasks efficiently, and excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior accountants.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
3. Compliance & Internal Controls
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
4. Process Improvement & Technology Utilization
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years in accounting and compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent delegation and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
