The ideal candidate will be responsible for the finalization of accounts, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing statutory audits. Key responsibilities include monitoring timely reconciliations in all areas, preparation of Form 3CD and annexures, handling statutory and internal audits, and maintaining SEBI LODR compliance.

Apart from these tasks, the role requires control over processing payments to vendors and employees, vendor management, and statutory direct and indirect tax compliances. The candidate should have expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, income tax computation, and advance tax computation.

Additional responsibilities include ledger review, finalization of fixed asset registers, revenue accounting, and bookkeeping. Monthly closure of books, review, and presentation to the board is also a crucial aspect of the job. The ideal candidate should have excellent internal financial controls and monitoring skills.
