DESIGNATION- Accounts & Finance Executive
We are looking for a numbers geek with previous experience in financial bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Your real time data entry and bookkeeping will facilitate accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of each Cost Category & overall business, while supporting tax regulation Compliances.
COMPENSATION- Best in the Industry.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4+ years needed
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Super proficient in Tally & Excel
Complete knowledge of Business Accounting for a Pvt. Ltd. Company with a GST, IEC Code.
Knowledge of TDS, PT, ESIC related matters
Knowledge of all Import Export Related Compliances will be an added advantage
ACTIVITIES/TASKS TO BE MANAGED
Realtime maintenance of accounts in Tally
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank & vendor payments
Maintaining Running Ledgers for all projects (Cost Categories & Cost Centers)
Handling of basic compliances
Raising Debit notes, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.
Petty Cash & Cash flow reports
All the necessary filing & documentation related to accounts
All coordination with clients, team & CA on accounts related matters
