Job Description
Primary Job Duties:
• Collaborate with accountants, managers, and partners on client engagements.
• Plan, direct, and review engagement phases, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Develop expertise in niche industries for management advisory and consulting.
• Prepare workpapers, financial statements, and reports.
• Research and apply creative accounting and auditing solutions.
• Build relationships with client accounting personnel.
• Prioritize, review, train, evaluate, and mentor Associate I and II accountants.
• Ensure efficient and compliant audit and accounting practices.
• Participate in ARB’s client-centric, team-oriented culture.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of audit & attest experience at a CPA firm.
• CPA licensure or progress towards it.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
• Exceptional client service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Team player.
• Proficiency in Caseware, Caseview, and Suralink is a plus.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• CPA licensure coursework.
