Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Bangalore (Remote)
EXP: 5-8 Years
Shift: PST time
Requirements:
• Financial Management & Reporting
• Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Generate financial reports and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance:
• Create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Perform financial forecasting, risk analysis, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Accounts Payable, Receivable & Taxation:
• Manage accounts payable/receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Handle tax planning, compliance, and timely tax filings Indian and US
• Monitor financial transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Payroll & Expense Management US and Indian
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursements and reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to USA payroll regulations.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with internal departments to support business operations.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Communicate with clients to ensure smooth financial transaction.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5+years in accounting/finance roles. Experience in IT services or consulting is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, SAP, and Tally,Excel,US and Indian Accountancy
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
