Roles & Responsibilities-Analyze complex financial reports and recordsCreate/Review journal entries with accuracyTrain and mentor junior staff(if any)Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliationsPrepare financial reportsPerform account reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.Make recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expendituresAssist with financial and tax auditsDocument and monitor internal controls in support of auditing teamCoordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE- More than three years of general accounting experience, either in a public accounting firm or in a private corporate environment. Should have knowledge & experience in either of the mentioned industry- Civil/Architecture/Interior Fit-out/Real Estate sector.Should understand industry compliances.Should hold minimum of graduation degree- B.Com.Should have knowledge of latest version of TALLY
