Job Details
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
Enter financial data and transactions into the ledger.
Review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards.
Generate financial reports.
Collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate records and provide accounting support.
Support the Finance department with various projects to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Capable of implementing new processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
