Full Job Description
The position has the responsibility to handle the complete procurement,billing/invoicing,payroll, statutory compliance for whole organisation.
Monitoring, designing & establishment of process for the organisation enure timely invoicing, collection, Vendor Management and negotiations.
Responsible for the purchase and contracts.
Lease Agreements & Renewals. ensure timely regulatory compliance and pay disbursement. Account audits credit/debit balance check balance sheet timely gst payments/returns.
TDS check and balance.
designing of payment system/process expense sheet.
loss and profits Coach and develop team at organisation level- directly and indirectly reporting at organisation.
Impart training to Core Roles & Work closely with HODS & SME's for the same.
GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE
8 YRS PLUS EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE AND ACCOUNT EXPERINCE MUST HAVE IN TAXATION,GST,STATUTORY RELEVANT OTHERS SPECIAL QUALIFICATION WILL COUNT GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL HIGH LEVEL OF CLIENT'S PRESENTATION
