We have an opening for an Senior Accounts Officer/Executive with experience in the KPO industry (Canadian Experience is a must)
Looking to hire a full time accountant and bookkeeper
Qualifications and criteria :
-Graduation in Commerce and Accounting/Inter CA
-High proficiency and speed in Quickbooks Online/Desktop/
- 2.5-3 years + of work experience in Canadian Accounting (Having experience in US is an advantage)
-Excellent proficiency in English and good communication skills
-Ability to quickly adapt technology (softwares) and find solutions to challenges/queries
-People looking to work remotely can also apply (Permanent work from home)
- shift timings - night shifts available
-Proven Analytical Background
-Attention to accuracy and details
Software Knowledge that will help - Bill.com, Hubdoc, Dext, ADP, Gusto etc
Roles & Responsibility
-Direct communication with the client
-Responsible for preparation of books
• Accounting/Bookkeeping (day to day, AP/AR etc)
• Entering bills/Invoices
• Payroll
• Preparing and should have knowledge on GST/HST/PST
• Monthly Finalisation
• Year End Finalisation
• Review & Reconciliations
• MIS reports
