Our outsourcing bookkeeping services especially made for CPA’s and accounting firms. Our Company provides services to the Client in the US, UK, Canada & Australia.
Role and Responsibilities
Ability to work on VAT, GST, Tax returns, Payroll, Accounts Finalization, SMSF Accounting, and communicate with Clients
1. Financial Statement Preparation, Analysis & Reporting.
2. Client On Boarding and Transition.
3. Team Management.
4. Project Planning and development.
5. Risk Management.
6. Client Management.
7. Process Improvement Cost reduction Strategies.
8. Quality Assurance and Control.
+. Negotiation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
10. Facilitate Client Accounting & tax Compliance.
11. Troubleshooting Accounting Issues.
12. Quality of work and Client review.
13. Client work Delivery.
14. Team training on new Client.
15. Getting new work through existing Client.
16. Time sheet & Reporting.
17. Client Work Time estimates.
18. Preparation of client work Process.
1+. Value added Services to clients including reports etc.
20. Cross training.
21. Learning New Software.
22. Planning, assigning, and directing work.
23. Training and appraising performance.
24. Addressing and resolving issues
25. Team administration and staff development.
26. Team Motivation
27. Review of team members' work

Qualifications and Education Requirements
B.Com, M.Com, Semi Qualified CA
Preferred Skills
Software- Xero, Quick books, MYOB, Sage.

Morning : 5:45am to 3:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
