Role
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Booking day to day transactions (sales, purchases, vouchers) in Busy/Tally
· Preparing and maintaining account books and tax returns on a regular basis
· Reconciling account balances and bank statements.
· Verify, allocate, reconcile accounts payable and receivables with suppliers and vendors.
· Generating financial statements and all reports as per management requirement.
· Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
· Keeping account books and systems up to date.
Ideal Profile
· Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices, laws, standards, and GST required.
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
