Position: Accountant
No of Position: 01
Location: Kagal, Kolhapur
Requisites:
• Experienced in -Finance, Accounts & Taxation for more than 5 years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge of Advance Excel and MS Office and Tally ERP
• Candidate should be comfortable to stretch from regular working hours as per the requirement, especially during audits
Responsibilities:
1. Sales-
• Sales invoice preparation for domestic, export, FOC sales
• Reconciliation of e way bills with Sales registers
2. Purchases-
• Vendor Invoice Booking domestic
• Import Invoice booking
• Controlling AR - aging and overdue.
• Communication with Customer for collections, issues etc.
• Import Invoice booking
3. Manage Accounts receivable-
• On time collection entry postings.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Controlling AR - aging and overdue.
• Communication with Customer for collections, issues etc.
• Account receivable reconciliation for major customers
• Intercompany AR reconciliation.
4. Treasury activities-
• Tracking of bank account balances and reporting time to time.
• Suppliers payments working.
5. GST-
• GST- Filing monthly returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)
• support in annual GST Return (GSTR-+) filing as well as handling other Issue e.g. GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Helping in GST, Income Tax assessments and compliances.
6. TDS/TCS-
• TDS- Monthly TDS Payment and Preparation data for Quarterly TDS Returns.
• Working for monthly payments.
7. Audit Activities-
• Help in preparation of audit schedules for Statutory, Tax audits
• Provision preparations.
• schedules and quarry resolving.
• Handling petty cash transactions

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
