Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
Producing accurate and timely balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Preparing journal entries, and monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts
Managing and processing central office expenses and allocations
Participating in month-end and year-end close processes
Managing the national credit card program
Assisting in property acquisition/disposition journal entries and accounting system maintenance
Tracking property mortgage and tax payments
