Position: Senior Accountant Manager / Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, providing financial forecasts, variance analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Cost Control & Profitability Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards, including preparing tax returns and managing audits.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in strategic planning, advising management on financial implications of business decisions.
• Cash Flow Management: Supervise the management of cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Internal Controls & Risk Management: Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks, and develop processes to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team.
Required Qualifications:
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent professional qualification in accounting.
• Proven experience in accounting management, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in accounting software (Miracle , Tally , SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel.
