Full Job Description
1. Day to Day accounts maintenance of mentioned companies and individuals in Busy.
2. All types of bank receipts and payments are to be maintained in books with monthly reconciliation.
3. Mentioned companies and individuals Data to be maintained in Busy and report to CA for TDS and GST on monthly basis and also on a timely basis.
4. Ensure that Profession Tax, TDS, and GST Advance Taxes are paid before the time limit so there will no penalty, or interest have been charged.
5. Coordinate with departments regarding vendors for bills and ledger confirmation.
6. Close and lead all the internal and statutory audits with respective auditors on a timely basis.
7. Responsible for all types of bank payments through direct transfer and E-Net & Bank reconciliation.
8. Should have experience dealing with banks.
+. Ensure from respective CAs that GST, Income Tax returns are getting submitted within Time Frame.
10. Calculation and payment of Advance Tax payments on a timely basis.
11. Must have knowledge of recent amendments in relation to Accounting standards, GST, Income tax and related laws.
12. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, management and seniors.
13. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
14. Prepare reports on account status.
15. Should be able to prepare and present MIS reports including analytical reports.
16. Manage invoicing, Returns, and Extra Discounts as per policy
17. Must have sound experience with busy software.
18. Good in internal Account audit.
