Hello Candidates,Greetings of the dayWe are having urgent opening for the role of Senior Accountant in our orgainzation Biolinx Labsystem Pvt Ltd - Ghansoli locationExperience: 6 - 10 YearsQualification: Any GraduateRoles & Responsibilities:Responsible to manage all our financial records, as well as reconciling bank statements.Managing Receivable & payables, Preparing sales & purchase and purchase orders and Invoices in zoho system.Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS reconciliation, TDS Payment TDS Return Filing. Preparing GSTR-1an and GSTR-3B return.Knowledge of PTRC, PF AND ESIC Salary working and LWF Payment.Statutory filing before due date.Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Handling petty Cash.Expenses Booking & Reconciliation.Knowledge of Import Export Documentation will have preference.Preparing RTGS and NEFT for fund transfer bank correspondence/ Bank related work & Bank Reconciliation.Vender payment and Vendor Management.Preparing monthly and quarterly Financial Reports.Preparing Profit and Loss Statement and Financial Forecasting.Accurate and timely processing of invoices, Advances, employee travel & Expenses.Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Preparing Bank Guarantee and follow up with Bank.Monitor the organization’s finance, submit financial reports to management and give suggestion about tax strategies.Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
