This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at BOI EXP in Mumbai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also collaborate with internal teams to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Qualifications
• Finance management that includes making entries in Tally for Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt & Contra Entries.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Project file auditing & documenting.
• Tracking payment to & from 3rd party suppliers and tracking payments from clients.
• Reimbursement of Expenses Booking for Employees & Payment.
• SLA/ Contract/ Agreements, GST Filling and coordinating co-ordinating with the CA, Provisions and prepaid working, MIS reporting.
• Aligning self with production estimation, project confirmation & project dispersion, project cash flow & project PNL.
• Align self with all clients’ finance department & develop interpersonal relationship with the concern personnel.
• Review on all vendor management with its subordinate.
• Developing comprehensive accounts report system (files) & ensuring project closure in time bond manner.
• Effective inputs in cost saving methods.
• Regular updates and review with CFO to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Understanding department wise function & implementing the same.
• Responsible for Highest quality of services on time.
• Addresses concern and queries of clients by being personally available to them & sees to that they are handled immediately.
• Responsible for Timely recovery of money with support of subordinates.
• Ensure smooth flow of communication within department & department heads.
• Crisis management.
• Maintain open communication with all team.
