Job Description
As a senior accountant at Value, you will head the finance division of the company. The key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day accounting and supervision of sales, purchase, banking and cash-handling at two locations in Nasik.
2. Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
3. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, chartered accountants, tax departments and banks.
4. Taking technological initiatives to improve operations and management of the company.
5. Conduct inventory audits on a weekly basis and internal audits on the monthly basis.
6. Tax management- GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc.
7. Human Resources Management- including leave and salary calculations of all employees.
