Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our company in Patna. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles. Your expertise will contribute to the company's financial success and growth

Responsibilities:
• Financial Management:

1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company and its associate firms, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliances in accordance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations including GST.

3. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review and decision-making.

4. Monitor cash flow, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance:

1. Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to regulatory authorities, as required.

2. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

3. Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

4. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and ensure the company's financial practices align with current regulations.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

1. Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, ensuring their professional development and productivity.

2. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote effective communication within the finance team and across all departments.

3. Assist in the recruitment and training of accounting personnel as needed.
