Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights for decision-making.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
