Senior Accountant – Quickbooks (GST & TDS)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in IT / ITES / Software Export companies
• Mandatory hands-on experience with any accounting software for full-cycle bookkeeping (Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Xero or similar)
• Strong experience in end-to-end bookkeeping activities including daily, monthly, and yearly accounting
• Hands-on experience handling international client invoicing (USD / EUR) and related reconciliations
• Experience managing vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payment reconciliations
• Strong understanding of journal entries (JVs), accruals, prepaids, and accounting adjustments
• Proven experience in month-end and year-end financial closures
• Mandatory knowledge of TDS calculations, payments, and return filings
• Hands-on experience in GST filings and compliance
• Experience handling Softex reporting and export-related compliance for IT / ITES companies
• Experience coordinating with auditors and supporting statutory and internal audits
Responsibilities
• Manage complete end-to-end bookkeeping using accounting software, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, and journals
• Create, manage, and track international client export invoices and ensure timely collections and reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and monitor accruals, prepaids, and adjustments to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting
• Handle vendor invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and payment reconciliations
• Manage payroll-related accounting entries and ensure accuracy in records
• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely tax payments
• Handle GST returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare and maintain Softex documentation and export compliance reports
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities with audit-ready documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews
