Position Title: Senior Accountant
Industry: Real Estate (Builders, Developers, Colonizers, Infrastructure)
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) India (On-site) (No Work from Home)
Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,0000 (can be higher for deserving candidate)
Qualifications
• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience in Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)
• CMA, C.A.
Responsibilities
· Important: The candidate should be able to take day-to-day decisions, independently manage company accounts (without any guidance or help from any other person or C.A. Firm)
· Important: Must be able to do rigorous follow up with customers for collection of remaining payments (for sale of Villa/Plots etc). Candidate must have strong persuasive skills to ensure that payments are received from clients on time. Keep track and pay bills on time.
· Important: Candidate must have ability to proactively anticipate expectations of company owners and senior officers (for managing fund flow, payment collections, prepare & keep ready data, information & reports in advance and present on-demand)
· Excellent hands-on experience of managing accounts of a Real-Estate Company for at least 5 years. (Must have good knowledge of RERA Norms, processes, compliance, paper work, laws etc)
· Must be willing and able to do daily accounting work + all other responsibilities (not inclined to delegate workload to assistant)
· Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L A/c, prepare
· Reconcile & file GST & TDS Returns, ITR filing, Maintain Cash Book, Journal, Ledger, Stock Register, Sales & Purchase bill entry and all other entries in Tally/Accounting Software.
· Process online Bank payments & Update bank statements, Bank reconciliation etc.
· Prepare Sales MIS of Real Estate Projects. Liaison with clients, business partners, auditors and Vendors.
· All other activities related to accounting department/function
