Senior Accountant (Remote - India)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience to handle accounting and MIS preparation for 7 or more entities under the Affiniax Partners brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with group accounting, and providing tax-related support to the tax team for filing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports for multiple entities under Affiniax Partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Provide tax-related supporting documentation to the tax team for filing purposes.
• Perform group accounting and consolidation of financials where necessary.
• Present financial statements and MIS reports to the Partner, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and workpapers for all financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify process improvements and recommend automation opportunities where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with a focus on account preparation and review.
• Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Zoho Books is preferred.
• Group Accounting Experience: Knowledge of group accounting and consolidation is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and analytical ability.
