Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead and manage core financial operations. This is a full-time remote role ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in Tally ERP , GST compliance , TDS filings , and overall financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee bookkeeping and entries in Tally ERP + / Tally Prime
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3) on time
- Handle TDS calculation , deduction, and quarterly return filings
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Generate MIS reports for management and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation as per audit and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2–7 years of accounting experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Tally ERP + / Prime
- Strong knowledge of GST rules , return filing, and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet tight deadlines
