A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience will be considered in lieu of education
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in major accounting software programs, such as QuickBooks and SAP
Strong analytical skills with a thorough attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
