Sydney – Full-time - Hybrid
Our PwC Private Business Tax team helps high-profile companies, large privately-owned organisations, innovative start-ups as well as multinational corporations with spectacular results.
We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers.
You'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. You'll learn plenty as you help solve problems that are important to our clients everyday in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
With your keen interest in tax, within our PwC Private Tax team, you’ll also use your 2+ years experience in Tax or Business Services, as well as your CA, CPA or other accounting or business qualifications to:
Work with clients across a wide range of industries including property, agriculture, tech, consumer services, and mining through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for the complex problems that arise in each stage
Apply practical skills and experience to clients supporting them in making informed decisions
Work on the tax aspects of buy and sell side transactions, including providing tax due diligence and structuring assistance
Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office including representing our clients during ATO engagements, and to manage their tax reporting obligations
Work collaboratively across the team to to deliver solutions and mentor junior staff
