Job Title Controller
Job Location Vancouver, BC (V5N 4E8) - 100% on-site position.
Salary $75k-$+5k base salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Requirements
• 5 yrs of Sr. Accountant experience
• Experience having direct reports
• Multi-family development/residential experience
Greatly preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Preferred
• Jonas Premier or Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate (can train on them)
• Experience with multiple companies or intercompany transactions; working with a portfolio of companies

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining cash flows, year-end cash statements, & will liaise with the tax accountants. Moreover, this position will be responsible for helping to build out & manage an accounting team.
Requirements
• 5 yrs of Sr. Accountant/Controller experience
• Experience having direct reports
• Multi-family development/residential experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
