Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Nexgen Mechanical Inc in Warwick, RI. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications
• Financial Reporting & Analysis skills
• Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and Compliance
• Accounting Software - Sage Intaact and BuildOps (preferred, not required).
• Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA not required.
• Experience in Construction Accounting including AIA billing and WIP reporting.
• Experience with prevailing wage (union) payroll a plus.
