Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
File and remit taxes and other financial obligations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and optimize financial and accounting software used by the company.
Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue and expense accounts to identify trends and variances.
Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data to determine the company's actual financial position.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Proficiency in financial and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
